Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you will closely work with the PMs and C-level executives to drive high-quality results for existing accounts focusing on customer satisfaction and mutual business growth.
Your responsibilities:
- ● Building long term relationships with clients striving for their 100% satisfaction.
- ● Ensuring efficient communication between clients and the team.
- ● Providing proper onboarding for newly-engaged clients. Guide them through the journey with the company.
- ● As the client’s strategic advisor, guiding them to success by identifying and driving expansion opportunities.
- ● Collaborating with the team to meet and exceed client’s expectations.
- ● Provide prompt, balanced and constructive feedback to the team.
- ● Upsale on current and new contracts.
- ● Gathering testimonials and references.
You must have:
- ● At least 3 year of experience in IT as or customer success manager.
- ● Understanding of software development life cycle.
- ● Emotional Intelligence, client-oriented mindset.
- ● Ability to identify needs and expectations of the clients.
- ● Good decision making and problem solving skills.
- ● Negotiation and conflict management skills.
- ● Upper-Intermediate (or higher) level of English.
