Customer Success Manager

We invite an experienced Customer Success Manager to cooperate with Cleveroad. Our perfect matching candidate has a “customer first” approach and will ensure the efficient development of long-term partnerships with our existing and newly-engaged clients to bring business value through the customer journey.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will closely work with the PMs and C-level executives to drive high-quality results for existing accounts focusing on customer satisfaction and mutual business growth.

Your responsibilities:

  • ● Building long-term relationships with clients striving for their 100% satisfaction.
  • ● Ensuring efficient communication between clients and the team.
  • ● Providing proper onboarding for newly-engaged clients. Guiding them through the journey with the company.
  • ● As the client’s strategic advisor, guiding them to success by identifying and driving expansion opportunities.
  • ● Collaborating with the team to meet and exceed clients’ expectations. You’ll provide prompt, balanced, and constructive feedback to the team and encourage a growth mindset.
  • ● Negotiating with customers regarding adjustments in current terms of contract cooperation.
  • ● Upscaling on current and new contracts.
  • ● Gathering testimonials and references.

You must have:

  • ● At least 2 year of experience in client service
  • ● Understanding of software development life cycle
  • ● Well-developed emotional intelligence, client-oriented mindset
  • ● Ability to identify the clients’ needs and expectations
  • ● Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • ● Negotiation and conflict management skills
  • ● English level: Upper-Intermediate (or higher)
