IT Recruiter
We are looking to expand our team with an experienced IT Recruiter.
Cleveroad specializes in technological consulting and development of Web and Mobile solutions for PropTech, FinTech, Healthcare, Logistics, Media & Entertainment, and other industries. Due to the active work and new orders, our company needs to expand the team and is looking for an IT Recruiter.
Our requirements:
- ● Experience working with technical vacancies (Java, React, Flutter, DevOps, etc.)
- ● Sourcing experience (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.)
- ● Mandatory: skills in interviewing and soft skills assessment (metaprograms, DISC, Parla, Star, Case Interview)
- ● Experience in writing engaging and creative starters, mails
- ● Practical experience in structuring information (Google Docs, Excel, CRM systems)
- ● Negotiation skills, ability to manage dialogue at all levels
- ● High level of emotional intelligence
- ● Analytical skills
- ● Good spoken English
You’ll have to:
- ● Fulfill the KPI for closing vacancies (from 2 per month)
- ● Interact with Hiring Managers, conduct negotiations at all hiring stages, generate new ideas regarding closing vacancies
- ● Conduct high-quality HR interviews, regularly provide Hiring Managers with feedback on candidates' soft skills
- ● Conduct analytics and statistics on closing dynamics
