We are looking to expand our team with an experienced IT Recruiter.

Cleveroad specializes in technological consulting and development of Web and Mobile solutions for PropTech, FinTech, Healthcare, Logistics, Media & Entertainment, and other industries. Due to the active work and new orders, our company needs to expand the team and is looking for an IT Recruiter.

Our requirements:

  • ● Experience working with technical vacancies (Java, React, Flutter, DevOps, etc.)
  • ● Sourcing experience (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.)
  • ● Mandatory: skills in interviewing and soft skills assessment (metaprograms, DISC, Parla, Star, Case Interview)
  • ● Experience in writing engaging and creative starters, mails
  • ● Practical experience in structuring information (Google Docs, Excel, CRM systems)
  • ● Negotiation skills, ability to manage dialogue at all levels
  • ● High level of emotional intelligence
  • ● Analytical skills
  • ● Good spoken English

You’ll have to:

  • ● Fulfill the KPI for closing vacancies (from 2 per month)
  • ● Interact with Hiring Managers, conduct negotiations at all hiring stages, generate new ideas regarding closing vacancies
  • ● Conduct high-quality HR interviews, regularly provide Hiring Managers with feedback on candidates' soft skills
  • ● Conduct analytics and statistics on closing dynamics

  • ● Close 2 vacancies per month
