We are looking for a goal-oriented person striving to reach high results in the IT sales area. We have clear goals and expect clear results, if this is about you - we are ready to start tomorrow!

Responsibilities:

  • ● Primary contact with incoming leads;
  • ● Mass mailing as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities;
  • ● Work with CRM;
  • ● Qualifying leads, identifying needs and defining primary requirements;
  • ● Proposals preparation together with CTO & CEO;
  • ● Negotiations with potential customers;
  • ● Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.

Must have:

  • ● Deep understanding of IT outstaffing and outsourcing models and their specifics;
  • ● Experience setting sales goals;
  • ● Lead-generation and Pitching skills;
  • ● Real work results. Self-closing deals;
  • ● At least 2 year of experience in IT Sales;
  • ● Understanding of IT market;
  • ● High level of English;
  • ● Good decision making and problem solving skills;
  • ● Understanding of software development process;
  • ● Ability to identify problems and needs of potential clients.
