Cleveroad Looks in Retrospect for 2023

As 2023 comes to an end, we want to share this year’s achievements with you. It has been an opportune year full of successful projects, certifications, education events, and other remarkable experiences contributing to the Cleveroad team’s growth.

We know deep down that our attainments were achievable only because of the customers’ trust and our team’s dedication. Stepping into the beginning of the New Year, we hope to reap more success and sharpen our knowledge.

We’ve collected the most prominent things that have happened to Cleveroad in 2023 and invite you to go through this year’s outcomes with us.

It’s encouraging to know that the work we do to build modern software solutions and our commitment are rewarded by our clients and community.

Cleveroad was listed in several well-known rankings in 2023.

Clutch is a leading global B2B service platform aimed to connect people who are seeking professional services with trustworthy providers in a certain field of activity, including IT services. Clutch recognized Cleveroad as the top Global Business Service Leader for Fall 2023. The ranking is derived from numerous high ratings provided by satisfied clients throughout the year.

Cleveroad also acquired Clutch Champion status for 2023, recognizing us as one of the top 10% of Clutch Global winners. The ranking is based on positive customer feedback received over the past six months.

This is another award our team earned for a five-year row, and 2023 wasn’t exceptional. Cleveroad was added to the top 1000 highest-rated business service providers out of 280,000 on the platform worldwide, claiming the 60th spot.

The ranking is based on certain reviews left by customers as well as the average score under the following criteria: quality, scale of clients and project portfolio, unique expertise, and industry knowledge.

We were also added to the list of the most reviewed service providers in Estonia for 2023.

We’re always seeking ways to elevate our company’s credibility and provide assurance to customers and partners of our commitment to IT services in alignment with their needs and expectations.

In 2023, the Cleveroad successfully passed External Audit and achieved two international standard certificates:

• ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard Certificate
• ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management Standard Certificate

The Certification was held by the Swiss Approval International Inspection and Certification Body, which proved that the requirements of international standards have been fulfilled. ISO certifications function to confirm that the company is capable of providing top-quality and robust software products and services that meet clients' requirements.

It’s pleasant to announce that this year Cleveroad passed technical verification and obtained Amazon Web Services (AWS) Select Tier Partner status within the AWS Partner Network (APN).

The AWS Partner Network is a global ecosystem of tech partners that apply programs, expertise, and resources to build,market, and sell bespoke cloud solutions made on Amazon Web Services.

To attain this partnership, our experts had to pass through strict training and certification procedures to ensure they met the rigorous criteria set by AWS.

At Cleveroad, we regularly conduct traineeships for different positions to find talented specialists who are passionate about IT and give them an opportunity to begin a professional journey within the company.

• Project management

The IT industry is dynamic, with new technologies and solutions spiking at breakneck speed. To stay applicable, it’s critical for specialists to embrace new knowledge. At Cleveroad, we encourage people to share their knowledge and insights with colleagues.

Throughout 2023, we had many presentations on diverse topics prepared by members of the Cleveroad team from various departments, including:

The year 2023 was pretty rich in events. Let’s gaze at them.

In December, our Delivery Manager, Daria, attended a big conference in Florida, where she, along with the client, presented our application during the event. It was an excellent opportunity to support better collaboration and strengthen partnership relations.

In 2023, the Cleveroad team has been fostering communication with Dnipro universities to support talent development and contribute to the remaining growth of the IT industry.

Our HR specialists met with professors and student council leaders to discuss current trends in education and the structure of training programs for young talents in the IT field. We’ve been sharing industry insights, trends, and real company cases to ensure the education programs stay relevant and meet the demands of IT. Our team also talked about our internship programs, collaboration opportunities, and employment possibilities in our company.

We actively participated in the regional educational initiative Learn IT from IT Dnipro Community. Learn IT is a series of events aimed at popularizing IT among students and engaging talented individuals in the IT industry.

Our HR team communicated with the representatives of higher education institutions of Dnipro city, where our specialists presented Cleveroad and training programs so they could share this information with their students and spark interest in a more profound study of information technology.
